This fashionable mentation of Manhattan clam chowder eschews pick and relies connected plentiful vegetables -- celery, doorbell peppers and carrots -- and a tomato-based broth for its signature colour and flavor. Potatoes springiness the chowder heft and marque the crockery much filling.
