Simple and seems similar a bully idea: elements of praise that use to this speedy dessert from legendary Spanish chef-restaurateur Ferran Adria. He suggests serving it arsenic the 3rd people of a repast that includes a polenta and Parmesan gratin and sesame sardines with carrot salad.

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces achromatic chocolate, preferably with astatine slightest 33 percent butterfat, specified arsenic Valrhona Le Blanc 35 percent
  • 3/4 cupful plain whole-milk oregon low-fat yogurt
  • 24 skinned hazelnuts, toasted and caramelized, for garnish (see NOTE)
  • 3 ample ripe mangoes (about 1 1/4 pounds total)
