This salsa goes good with Chicken Quesadillas With Roasted Red Peppers oregon with immoderate broiled oregon grilled achromatic fish.

  • 1 ample mango, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 jalapeño chile pepper, roasted,* peeled, seeds and stem removed, and minced
  • 1 lime (juice only; astir 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoonful minced cilantro
  • 1 tablespoonful extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • Crushed cardamom seeds
