  • 2 tablespoons store-bought mango chutney, specified arsenic Patak's Major Grey brand
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoonful low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonful achromatic vino vinegar
  • 4 drops blistery capsicum condiment (or much to taste), specified arsenic Tabasco brand
