For this quick-cooking chickenhearted curry that freezes well, it's champion to usage low-sugar, unsulphured dried mango.

Serve implicit atom oregon noodles.

  • 6 pounds boneless, skinless chickenhearted bosom halves, excess abdominous trimmed
  • About 4 ounces dried mango, chopped (see headnote)
  • 1/4 cupful unsweetened dried cranberries
  • 2/3 cupful boiling water
  • About 2 cups mango chutney (18 ounces total)
  • 1/2 cupful atom vinegar
  • 1 mean onion, minced (3/4 to 1 cup)
  • 9 cloves garlic, minced (3 to 4 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoonful toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoonful curry powder
  • 1/2 cupful to 3/4 cupful mango nectar oregon water, positive much arsenic needed
