Lamb and mint are a classical pairing, and here, simply seasoned and seared lamb chops are served with a velvety puree of peas and mint. Pomegranate successful 2 forms – seeds and molasses – adds texture arsenic good arsenic sweet-tart spirit to complement the gamey lamb.
