  • 1/3 cupful caller flat-leaf parsley leaves, divided
  • 1/2 cupful plain Greek yogurt (any abdominous level)
  • 1/4 cupful (1 ounce) crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 spoon finely grated citrus zest (from 1 lemon)
  • 1 tablespoonful caller citrus foodstuff (from the aforesaid lemon)
  • 1/4 mean yellowish bulb (2 ounces total)
  • 2 ail cloves
  • 1 cupful canned oregon jarred artichoke hearts (not marinated; from 1 9.9-ounce jar), drained and rinsed (see Substitutions)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped caller mint leaves
  • 1/2 spoon crushed cumin
  • 1/2 spoon crushed coriander
  • 1/4 spoon good salt
  • 1/4 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 1/4 spoon crushed reddish capsicum flakes
  • 8 ounces crushed lamb, preferably thin (see Notes)
  • 4 whole-wheat pitas with pockets
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
