  • 4 tiny kohlrabi bulbs, peeled and chopped into 1/4-inch strips
  • 1/2 cupful shredded carrot
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons pecans, toasted (see NOTE) and coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed citrus juice
  • 1/4 spoon finely grated citrus zest
  • 1 tablespoonful snipped chives
  • 1 tablespoonful unsalted butter
