West Coasters cognize what's successful a Joe's Special. The hearty and homey one-skillet crockery was served astatine an Italian edifice called Original Joe's successful San Francisco (and different consequent Joe's restaurants successful California) and consists of crushed beef, mushrooms, spinach, onions and garlic, each scrambled with eggs.

The substance is piled atop slices of garlicky toasted sourdough bread, but it tin beryllium served implicit pasta oregon by itself.

Ingredients

  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
