  • 1 cupful cooked barley (follow bundle directions)
  • 4 ample limes, for zest and juice
  • 1 tablespoonful crushed cumin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives, for garnish
