  • 1 lb tuna steaks
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • 14 ounces jar artichokes successful oil, drained and rinsed
  • About 4 ounces (24 large) achromatic and/or greenish olives
  • 4 plum tomatoes
  • 1 tiny reddish onion
  • 2 tablespoons capers (optional)
  • Torn caller basil leaves
  • Baby lettuce oregon spinach leaves (optional)
