  • 1/2 cupful croutons (optional)

For the dressing

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoonful pepperoncini brine
  • 1 tablespoonful caller citrus juice
  • 1 tablespoonful reddish vino vinegar
  • 1 spoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 spoon kosher salt, positive much to taste
