Ingredients

For the chickenhearted and dip

  • 3/4 cupful coconut cream
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sweetener oregon airy brownish sugar
  • 2 tablespoons food sauce
  • 2 teaspoons good salt, divided
  • Finely grated zest of 2 to 3 limes (1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons)
  • 3 tablespoons caller lime juice
  • 5 cloves garlic, astir chopped
  • 1 to 2 serrano peppers, astir chopped
  • 4 cups caller cilantro, leaves and tender stems, astir chopped
  • 2 cups lightly packed caller mint leaves
  • 1 mean avocado (5 ounces), halved and pitted
  • 2 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chickenhearted thighs, chopped into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • Neutral oil, specified arsenic canola, for greasing the grill

For the platter

  • 1 clump tiny carrots (8 ounces total), greenish tops trimmed, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 1 English cucumber, chopped into spears
  • 1 to 2 watermelon radishes (6 ounces total), thinly sliced (may substitute 1 tiny clump reddish radishes)
  • 6 ounces drawback peas
  • 1 cupful (6 ounces) cherry tomatoes, halved if large
  • 1/4 mean caput reddish oregon greenish cabbage (6 ounces total), chopped into large chunks
