This crockery tastes similar summer, with the smoky spirit of the grill and a clean-tasting buttermilk-mint dressing connected the greens.

It's worthy taking the clip to brine the fish, which makes it easier to grill and gives amended results.

Ingredients

  • 1 spoon sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • About 15 mint leaves, chopped (3 tablespoons)
  • 8 nectarines (may substitute achromatic peaches)
  • 1 tablespoonful olive oil
  • 1 lb watercress stemmed, rinsed and dried
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
