Democracy Dies successful Darkness

This look was developed for Pans Bagnats a la Grecque, but it besides makes a large dip. It's a takeoff connected tzatziki, a Greek cucumber yogurt sauce.

Ingredients

Servings: 2 cups

  • 1 mean seedless cucumber, chopped into thirds (not peeled)
  • 1 mean zucchini, chopped into thirds
  • 1 scallion, achromatic and tender greenish parts, astir chopped
  • 1/2 cupful flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 containers (6 ounces) plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 spoon salt, oregon to taste
  • 1/2 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 1 avocado, soma hopped
