This flavor-packed stir-fry combines tempeh with crisp drawback peas, cabbage, basil and ginger. It's a large instauration to those unfamiliar with the high-protein, fermented soy food.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces tempeh, chopped crosswise into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1/2 cupful coconut aminos (see Substitutions)
  • 1/4 cupful caller citrus foodstuff (from 1 to 2 lemons)
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided, positive much arsenic needed
  • 8 ounces drawback peas, trimmed and strings removed
  • 1 cupful packed, chopped reddish cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons peeled, grated caller ginger (from 1 2-inch piece)
  • 1 cupful lightly packed torn caller basil leaves
  • 1/4 spoon good salt, positive much arsenic needed
