Inspired by Spanish sopa de ajo (garlic soup), this pantry-friendly crockery includes scallions successful summation to ail successful a broth flavored with saccharine and smoked paprikas. The soup, featured successful “Milk Street Shorts” by Christopher Kimball, is thickened with breadstuff and ovum yolks, and fried breadstuff and scallion greens travel unneurotic for a crisp crouton garnish. (Reserve the ovum whites for different use, specified arsenic a frittata, to service with the soup.)
