  • Flesh of 1 large, ripe avocado
  • 2 scallions, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cupful positive 2 tablespoons caller cilantro leaves, divided
  • 6 cups (8 ounces) chopped romaine lettuce hearts
  • 3 cups (7 1/2 ounces) shredded greenish cabbage
  • 5 reddish radishes, sliced (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cupful pickled jalapeños, drained
  • Corn chips oregon lukewarm maize tortillas, for serving
