  • 1/4 cupful chopped onion
  • 1/4 cupful chopped greenish doorbell pepper
  • 1/4 cupful chopped reddish doorbell pepper
  • 1 lb lump backfin crabmeat, picked implicit and lightly squeezed if wet
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
