Three types of food adhd richness to this rootlike casserole, implicit with grains and beans.

Ingredients

  • 1 cupful (7 ounces) farro
  • 1 mean caput cauliflower (2 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1 ample reddish bulb (12 ounces), chopped
  • 3 ail cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 spoon good oversea salt, positive much to taste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Madras curry powder
  • 1 spoon fennel oregon cumin seeds, crushed
  • 1/2 cupful water
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked oregon canned no-salt-added cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups (6 ounces grated fontina cheese
  • 1/2 cups (4 ounces) whole-milk ricotta
  • 1/2 cupful (2 ounces) grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons caller citrus juice
  • 1 tablespoonful finely grated citrus zest
  • 1/2 cupful panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped caller flat-leaf parsley
