  • 2 avocados, soma quartered
  • 2 tart apples, specified arsenic Granny Smith, peeled, cored and chopped into chunks
  • 1 citrus (juice only, astir 3 tablespoons)
  • 2 tablespoons almond lipid oregon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 spoon salt, oregon to taste
  • 4 tablespoons chopped oregon slivered almonds, toasted*
