Here, ricotta takes the spot of breadstuff crumbs and/or eggs, and makes the meatloaf ace moist.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons positive 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 ample oregon 2 tiny doorbell peppers (any color), stemmed, seeded and chopped into tiny dice
  • 1 tiny reddish onion, chopped into tiny dice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 spoon dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 1 tablespoonful Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and minced
  • 2 ample handfuls flat-leaf parsley and/or basil leaves, chopped
  • 3/4 cupful whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb crushed turkey, preferably acheronian nutrient (may substitute crushed chicken, pork oregon beef)
