  • 1 spoon granulated garlic
  • 1 spoon bulb powder
  • 1/2 spoon good salt
  • 1/2 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 1/2 spoon granulated sugar
  • Pinch crushed allspice

For the blistery dogs

  • 1 spoon neutral oil, specified arsenic rootlike oregon canola
  • 4 beef-and-pork blistery dogs with earthy casings (see Substitutions)
  • 4 blistery canine buns
  • Yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cupful finely chopped yellowish oregon achromatic onion
