The "cream" successful the recipe's rubric is simply a misnomer: There's nary dairy successful this simple, wonderfully refreshing acold soup. But the cucumber does lend a somewhat gelatinous, astir creamy rima feel. The salsa adds crunch and a punch of spirit against the chill mildness of the soup.

The crockery needs to chill for astir 2 hours earlier serving. It tin beryllium refrigerated for up to 5 days oregon frozen for up to 6 months.
