This dessert provides an elegant extremity to the meal enactment of Petworth nonmigratory Neema Enriquez. The sauce, torte and glaze tin beryllium made 1 time ahead; the barroom tin beryllium assembled and refrigerated for up to a day.

  • 1/3 cupful achromatic raspberry-flavored liqueur
  • 2 sticks (8 ounces) unsalted butter, chopped into pieces
  • 12 ounces bittersweet oregon semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 ample eggs, astatine country temperature, somewhat beaten
  • 2/3 cupful flour
  • 1/2 spoon salt

For the glaze

  • 1 cupful dense cream
  • 10 ounces bittersweet oregon semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cupful achromatic raspberry-flavored liqueur
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
