Ingredients

For the potatoes

  • 1 lb caller babe potatoes
  • Fine oversea oregon array salt

For the shrimp and sprouts

  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 lb Brussels sprouts (about 20 small), thinly sliced oregon shredded (see NOTES)
  • 1/2 spoon Aleppo capsicum oregon immoderate chile powder
  • 1/2 spoon crushed reddish capsicum flakes, positive much to sensation (optional)
  • 1/2 spoon ail powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salted butter, chopped into tiny pieces
  • 1/2 lb peeled, deveined mean shrimp (40-50 count), thawed if frozen
  • Fresh flat-leaved parsley leaves and tender stems, chopped

For the aioli

  • 3/4 cupful mayonnaise
  • 1 preserved citrus (about 1 ounce) pith and innards discarded, finely chopped (see NOTES)
  • 1 ample ail clove, minced oregon finely grated
  • Finely grated zest of 1 ample lemon, positive wedges for serving
