This is casual capable to hole for a weeknight meal. Serve with steamed long-grain atom oregon nan. Anandakrishnan recommends utilizing caller ginger and garlic, not jarred/prepared ginger and ail pastes, for this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 1-inch portion ginger root, peeled and smashed with a rolling pin
  • 4 mean to 5 mean cloves garlic, smashed

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tablespoonful citrus juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, for garnish (optional)
