Chicken bosom nutrient is simply a healthful but alternatively bland root of protein. Pairing it with apples and a flavorful lemon-balsamic condiment showcases each ingredient. Serve with whole-wheat pasta oregon couscous, oregon with brownish rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skin-on chickenhearted bosom halves (about 1 1/4 pounds)
  • 1/2 spoon salt
  • 1 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 cupful balsamic vinegar
  • Grated zest and freshly squeezed foodstuff of 1 mean citrus (1 spoon zest, 2 tablespoons juice)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cupful reduced-sodium chickenhearted broth
  • 1/2 spoon agave syrup
  • 2 teaspoons whipped butter
  • 1 ample Mutsu oregon Jonagold pome (8 ounces), halved, cored and chopped into 1/4-inch slices
