Roast cauliflower takes connected the flavors of Cantonese-style char siu barbecue pork, with an aggravated savoriness, profoundly caramelized edges and salty-sweet seasoning. Serve this with atom oregon noodles arsenic a satisfying main dish, tuck it into sandwiches, oregon apical salads oregon atom bowls.

Storage: Refrigerate for up to 1 week. Freezing is not recommended.

Ingredients

  • One (2-pound) caput cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoonful agave syrup oregon mild honey
  • 1 tablespoonful ketchup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed oregon finely grated
  • 1/4 spoon Chinese five-spice powder
