  • 1/2 spoon good salt, positive much to taste
  • 1/4 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • One (13.5-ounce) tin oregon 3 (5.4-ounce) cans unsweetened coconut pick (see NOTES)
  • One (3-inch) cinnamon stick
  • Two (2-inch) pieces pandan leafage (optional)
  • 1 cupful water
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons caller lime juice, to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving
