Catfish stays moist and meaty successful this comfort-food treatment, perked up by the crunch of thinly chopped scallions and shreds of mint. Adding drops of blistery condiment oregon your favourite chili condiment works good if you find yourself without a tiny reddish chili pepper.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds skinless, meaty achromatic food fillets, specified arsenic catfish, halibut oregon whiting

  • 3 oregon 4 scallions
  • Fresh mint leaves, preferably Vietnamese, for garnish
  • 2 oregon 3 limes, for garnish
