This Vietnamese-inspired look requires you to prep the ingredients portion the sweetener is caramelizing, with minimal attention. If the sweetener doesn't melt, effort reducing the vigor and stirring continuously until it liquefies and darkens slightly. Then instrumentality to the remaining prep.
