Ingredients

For the salad

  • 1 caput food lettuce (may substitute 2 tiny heads Boston lettuce, each chopped successful half)

For the dressing

  • 1 tablespoonful mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoonful sour pick oregon plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoonful achromatic vino vinegar
  • 1/2 spoon citrus zest
  • Salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper

For the toast

  • 4 quadrate bladed slices achromatic oregon whole-wheat bread
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 mean cloves garlic, crushed

For assembly

  • Chopped chives, for garnish (optional)
  • Grated parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)
