Here, simply roasted Brussels sprouts are elevated, easily, to a fabulously festive broadside crockery that pops with colour and flavor. All it takes is simply a drizzle of roasted shallot dressing, a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds and crumbles of feta cheese.

  • 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 mean shallot, halved lengthwise done the root
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1/8 spoon positive 1/4 spoon good salt, divided
  • 1 tablespoonful pome cider vinegar
  • 1 spoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 spoon honey
  • 1/4 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 1/4 cupful pomegranate seeds
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
