This is simply a family-friendly crockery that tags each the bases: color, macromolecule and crunch, dressed with the sweetness of a honey-mustard vinaigrette.

The saccharine murphy rounds and turkey burgers navigator simultaneously; ideally, some are done nether the broiler to marque cleanup easy.

Beer columnist Greg Kitsock recommends serving this crockery with a solid of Belgian-style ale, specified arsenic Chimay White, oregon with a refreshing, adust summertime ale called a saison, specified arsenic Red Sky astatine Night by Clipper City Brewery.

Ingredients

  • 2 mean (1 to 1 1/2 pounds total) saccharine potatoes
  • 1 tablespoonful to 2 tablespoons positive 1/3 cupful olive oil
  • 1 lb thin crushed turkey (do not usage extra-lean; whitethorn substitute crushed chicken)
  • Salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 mean yellowish doorbell pepper
  • 4 scallions, achromatic and light-green parts only
  • 4 cups (5 ounces) babe spinach leaves
  • 1 mean clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons achromatic vino vinegar
  • 1 tablespoonful chromatic mustard
