This moist blueberry-studded java barroom with a granola topping is simply a bully summation to immoderate brunch.

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 1/2 cups (190 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupful (63 grams) whole-wheat flour
  • 3/4 spoon baking powder
  • 3/4 spoon baking soda
  • 1/4 spoon good salt
  • 1 spoon crushed cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cupful canola oil
  • 1/3 cupful (73 grams) positive 1 spoon muscovado sweetener oregon acheronian brownish sugar
  • 1 ample egg
  • 2 ample ovum whites
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries (may substitute defrosted frozen blueberries)
  • 1 cupful (100 grams) granola, preferably low-fat
