This custardy gluten-free dessert made with almond flour and topped with sliced almonds is fragrant with cardamom and brimming with blueberries. Lightly sweetened with honey, it’s a much healthful mode to fulfill a saccharine tooth.

  • 3/4 cupful (180 milliliters) full milk
  • 1/3 cupful (115 grams) honey
  • 1 cupful (100 grams) almond flour (see Notes)
  • 1/2 spoon crushed cardamom
  • 1/8 spoon good salt
  • 2 cups (290 grams) caller blueberries, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1/4 cupful (24 grams) sliced almonds
  • 1 spoon confectioners' sweetener (optional)
