  • 24 littleneck clams (about 2 1/4 pounds), scrubbed, soaked and drained (see NOTE)
  • 1/2 pint (6 ounces) cherry oregon grape tomatoes, halved (about 18)
  • 1/4 cupful achromatic vino (may substitute 2 tablespoons achromatic vino vinegar mixed with 2 tablespoons water)
