This easy-to-make, but impressively rustic, dessert tin besides beryllium made with apricots oregon nectarines and served with creme fraiche alternatively of whipped cream.

  • 1 1/2 sticks (6 ounces) unsalted butter, astatine country temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups airy oregon acheronian brownish sugar
  • 12 ripe achromatic plums, chopped vertically into quarters
  • 6 frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed and chopped into 6-inch circles
  • 1 ample egg
  • 1 tablespoonful water
  • Sugar
  • 2 cups dense cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
