This glazed food crockery gets the broiler treatment, making it a large year-round mode to bask the flavors of a backyard barbecue. The condiment from cook Eric Ripert is saccharine and flavorful, truthful helium recommends utilizing a food that’s steadfast and not excessively delicate, specified arsenic cod, grouper, swordfish oregon striped bass.

Ingredients

For the coleslaw

  • 1/4 cupful mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons reddish vino vinegar
  • 1 tablespoonful granulated sugar
  • 1/4 spoon good salt, positive much to taste
  • 1/4 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper, positive much to taste
  • 1/2 caput greenish cabbage (about 1 lb total) quartered, cored and precise thinly sliced
  • 1 mean carrot, coarsely grated
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoonful finely chopped caller tarragon leaves

For the fish

  • 1/2 cupful ketchup
  • 1 tablespoonful pome cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoonful Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoonful airy brownish sugar
  • 1/4 spoon mustard powder
  • 1/4 spoon good salt, positive much arsenic needed
  • 1/4 spoon crushed achromatic pepper, positive much arsenic needed
  • 4 striped bass fillets (7 ounces each), skinned, patted dry
