This is healthful comfortableness food, made successful 1 pan. It tin beryllium assembled, covered and refrigerated up to 1 time successful beforehand of baking.

Ingredients

For the chard

  • 1 tablespoonful olive oil
  • 4 ample cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 clump red-stemmed swiss chard, stems and leaves separated and coarsely chopped (2 to 2 1/2 cups total)
  • Salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 2 tablespoons water

For the polenta

  • 2 cups low-fat oregon nonfat milk
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 spoon salt
  • 1 cupful polenta (may substitute maize grits oregon stone-ground cornmeal)
  • 1/4 cupful freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoonful unsalted butter
  • 1 cupful shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cupful low-fat sour cream
