This dip combines the champion of hummus and guacamole. Serve with crudites oregon toasted pita triangles.

Ingredients

  • Flesh of 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cupful tahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 mean cloves garlic, chopped (about 2 teaspoons)
  • 2 teaspoons crushed cumin
  • Juice from 1 ample lemon, (about 3 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 cupful extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt
