Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupful plain full oregon low-fat Greek-style yogurt
  • 1/4 seedless (English) cucumber, peeled and chopped into tiny dice (1/3 cup)
  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and grated (1/2 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped` reddish onion
  • 1-inch portion peeled ginger root
  • Pinch crushed cumin
  • Pinch garam masala
  • Juice of 1 lime (at slightest 1 tablespoon)
  • Leaves of 1 oregon 2 stems cilantro
  • Sea salt
