This juicy burger is an antidote to the emblematic uninspired, deck-of-cards-size turkey patty. By stuffing the thin nutrient with flavorful rootlike fillings, you adhd volume, sensation and nutrition -- plus, a small food successful the halfway lends a luxe, melty quality.

  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 spoon salt
