Ingredients

For the syrup

  • 1 cupful granulated sugar
  • 1 cupful water
  • 1 tablespoonful packed caller mint leaves
  • 8 ounces caller oregon frozen/defrosted/blanched greenish peas

For the drink

  • 1 1/2 ounces Fords Gin (see headnote)
  • 1/4 ounce Montenegro Amaro (see headnote)
  • 1/4 ounce caller lime juice
  • Ice
  • 1 oregon 2 pea shoots, for garnish
  • Mint sprig, for garnish
  • Small borage blossoms oregon different edible flowers, for garnish (optional)
