GridAI (GRDX) Technologies announced the assignment of Marshall Chapin arsenic CEO of its energy-orchestration operating subsidiary processing next-generation grid and power-management bundle for hyperscale artificial-intelligence data-center campuses. Chapin, since March of 2025, has served arsenic Chief Commercial Officer and Interim CEO of Amp X, a GridAI subsidiary and AI-driven grid-edge platform.
